Here’s a quick summary of the workouts that I did last week:
- Monday, May 9: Busy.
- Tuesday, May 10: 10.0 mile bike ride in 41 minutes.
- Wednesday, May 11: 6.7 mile bike ride in 27 minutes.
- Thursday, May 12: Busy.
- Friday, May 13: 6.0 mile bike ride in 29 minutes.
- Saturday, May 14: 26.1 mile bike ride in 1 hour 42 minutes.
- Sunday, May 15: Spent most of the day at my niece Emma Howson’s christening.
This week my wife was able to ride regularly for the first time this Spring, so I rode with her during the week. I got out on Saturday for a pretty long ride in good weather. I exercised for a total of 3 hours 20 minutes, burning 2,730 calories.
