Here’s a quick summary of the workouts that I did last week:
- Monday, April 25: Travel day from Georgia to New Jersey.
- Tuesday, April 26: Exhausted. Rest day.
- Wednesday, April 27: 6.3 mile bike ride in 23 minutes. Trying to get back into a routine.
- Thursday, April 28: 13.9 mile bike ride in 52 minutes.
- Friday, April 29: 26.2 mile bike ride in 1 hour 35 minutes. Had to stop for a couple of minutes near the end of the ride to give a motorist driving directions to Trenton.
- Saturday, April 30: Rest day. Spent the day with my family.
- Sunday, May 1: 13.7 mile bike ride in 52 minutes.
This was a recovery week after two weeks on the road. I exercised for a total of 3 hours 42 minutes, burning 3,661 calories. I hope to be able to do more this week.
